Old Gold Mines in CHARLOTTE, MECKLENBURG COUNTY,<br>North Carolina: A potential geologic hazard for development:<br>NCGS Open File Report 2005-05

As uptown Charlotte expands, development has spread to areas that contain abandoned underground gold mines. Charlotte's future could be affected by the gold rush of Charlotte's past. This CD contains images, shapefiles, and ArcMap & ArcView projects of the location of old gold mines for the uptown Charlotte area. This CD includes metadata and a "read me" file. By J.C.
