This DVD, Open-file Report 2005-1, contains 182 digital raster graphic (DRG) 1:24,000-scale topographic maps of North Carolina that were revised between 1999 and December 2005. The last update for many of these maps was in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Topographic maps include the following information: land formations and elevations, water bodies, roads, municipal boundaries, railroad tracks and forested areas. Each map is a .tif image and is accompanied by a world file and federally compliant metadata.
